Installation service

TOUCHTABLE  can deal with all aspects of the installation process. We will help ensure that the investment you make is both cost effective and operationally sound. From liaising with Project Managers building surveyors etc. to ensure the installation process runs smoothly. The  project management team will ensure that all working permits are arranged before installation starts and are here to ensure that any installation problem are swiftly overcome.

Service Level Agreement (SLA)

TOUCHTABLE support does not stop at the point of installation.

TOUCHTABLE by Iconic operates a 24 x 7 help desk. Our initial approach is to assist with remote diagnostic and when possible remote fault rectification. Where this is not possible an Iconic engineer will make a visit within the timescale as prescribed in the SLA. Iconic maintains a stock of Hardware spares and if required can provide on site spares. Likewise extended warranties are available on all hardware components.
